Fundraising for My Dad's Surgery
This is my Tatay (Dad), Romeo Ledda. On Sept 28, he fell backwards and landed hard causing his femur (leg bone) to fracture and now he is unable to walk. He will need surgery to reattach the fractured bone and eventual rehabilitation afterwards to allow him to walk again.
His orthopedic surgeon asked us to prepare around 150,000 Philippine pesos (around US$2900) for the procedure and rehab.
I am unable to raise this much funds at this time as my Tatay had his prostate removed a year ago and I am also taking care of my Nanay (mother) who is already in an advanced state of dementia and already has a tracheostomy tube on her throat and NGT for food ingestion.
