Operation for Acute Coronary Syndrome for Grandfather

Hello Everyone!

Our Grandfather, Tony Alilang, was confined for sudden heart attack last August 12, 2019 at around 3 am. He was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital and, eventually, was confined. His diagnosis is Acute Coronary Syndrom, Non-ST Elevation Myodcardial Infarction (ACS NSTEMI).

Unfortunately, the nearest hospital lacked the necessary equipment to support our grandfather. The doctor recommended to move to a versatile hospital where they could provide the required treatment and care for our grandfather.

Now it has been a week since he was admitted to the hospital and he will now require an Angiogram and depending on the findings, we could never tell if he will be requiring an extensive operation/surgery and with that we could not tell as well how much.

Roughly, our current bill for the confinement and continued maintenance and support is already reaching P500,000 or, around, $9600. He will have an Angiogram test which is an addtional P76,000 or, around, $1450. This is not yet inclusive of the following operations in case the Angiogram results would be dire, we couldn't tell, how many stents or if open heart surgery (will update). As of now, we can only seek help, and aid, from you, the good and generous people. We have little as much covered for the initial bill, around 50,000, that’s just 10% of the total bill. We are already trying to find ways to reduce the cost as much as possible.

We want to reach out to everyone for help, but with this, we don’t want to burden anyone by asking a huge amount. We are only trying to appeal for just some small donation, as little as P1 helps. Small and little things when put together accomplishes great things.Even if it’s just a simple prayer, we will extend our gratitude and appreciation with all our hearts.

Our grandfather is still strong, he just turned 79 last August 9, 2019. And he is still tailoring coats and pants, and is often sought after by his regular customers. He has a tailoring shop which allowed him to support his family, my aunts and uncle for their studies and even before he was admitted, he continued to do his tailoring business for the sake of his children and grandchildren-for us.
