A PSARP is a type of pull-through procedure that is used to repair anorectal malformations in some children. This technique surgically creates the child's anus within the sphincter muscle. He still needs to gain weight because babies usually lose weight after the surgery and everyday dilation until the 3rd surgery is set. Lot of procedures is still ahead, please continue to pray for Edward Lander for him to. . . . .

Update posted by Leilani Jamandre at 03:29 amEdward Lander, was born on January 10, 2019 with Imperforate Anus (a birth defect in which a baby has an improperly developed anus). He needs 3 surgery to repair the defect, before every surgery he needs to undergo different laboratory test. His 1st surgery was done 3days after his birth,. . . . .
