2019 has been a trying times for us.
We almost lost our rental home, Sheryll had a breast surgery done, and I'm continuously being monitored for a pinched nerve in my brain.
And just recently, we found out that Sheryll's eyesight is being compromised by her diabetes. Although very much controlled, it has come to a point that it's taking over her eyesight. As per our last consultation with the ophthalmologist, she was diagnosed with Diabetic Retinopathy. But, there is a way to prevent the bleeding and swelling of her retina, by sealing the leaking blood vessels in her eyes.
*Below are the results of the tests done on Sheryll's eyes for reference.
GoGetFunding has helped us get through her recent breast surgery and was able to get us through some housing processing needs. We are forever thankful to those who have supported us.
We are reaching out to you today for some support on the procedure that she will be undergoing. The consultations are already being covered by our health insurance, but the procedure and medications are not.
Please help us have Sheryll regain and retain her eyesight, as this is her main source of income being a Writer, Researcher, Proof-Reader, and Transcriptionist.
