Surf Project 2019
Hello! Kelsey and Tyler here. We have been granted the amazing opportunity to travel to South Africa to take part of the Surf Project as volunteers. Me and Tyler have been talking about completing a volunteer project since 2018. We took our time researching and debating where we thought we could make a tangible difference. We finally found a project that we are passionate and excited to participate in when we discover the Surf Project.
A note from the organization about the work we will doing: "On the Surf Outreach project, you will be working with children aged between 9 and 15 years old, who come from disadvantaged backgrounds where poverty, abuse and violence is not uncommon. You will provide a positive influence on these children and help build their self-confidence by providing them with an opportunity to spend their free time in a healthy and productive way."
All proceeds will go to fees associated with the Surf Project. Stay tuned for weekly campaign updates and future fundraising details.
