Queen On a Comeback Atl is a campaign started by a single mother whose money was stolen by an Investment Company owned by lawyers who claimed to be and represent the Previous Owner of the Property she paid the forfeited Tax Lien on, which made her the legal owner by law. Additionally she found the Previous Owner's obituary on line. The Investment Company circumvented her Adverse Claim, and other pending court actions, and denied her due process using their court connections and a judge that only had jurisdiction to make rulings in a lower court. They had her money moved to one of their colleagues account and applied in their name, attempting to remove her from the equation, then fraudulently claiming ownership and illegally having her and her family removed making them homeless while her son was in school, leaving him to return home finding their possessions in the driveway.

Queen Gee started paying the Tax Lien for the property in Atlanta she wanted official ownership of in November of 2017. Her contact at the subcontracted County Company who handled delinquent taxes told her that $6218.33 was all that was needed, and as long as she completed in 12 months she would receive the lien release, so she could finalize the title process. However, the contracted County Company questionably asks for an additional payment of $291.19 after receiving the final payment (which was also marked as such). After some apprehension, Queen makes the payment anyway. Meanwhile, at the end of November of 2018, an Investment owned by some greedy lawyers showed up claiming to represent the owner and be the owner without showing any proof. After this started, the contracted County Company sent Queen Gee a letter a month after receiving the questionable payment stating that without her permission, they transferred the account to a third party (not the owner) and were returning the $291.19 with no mention of the $6218.33 already paid!

The Investment also began a series of court actions which by law required a trial by jury for those proceedings which Queen Gee continuously requested along with contract proof of a valid claim and and the required foreign registration statements of the lawyers involved. None was ever given and the judge used on the case was a part-time Magistrate Judge. It was a State Court case, so she had no jurisdiction, and by law anytime a counter-affidavit is submitted on a case it is immediately supposed to be transferred to a higher court for a trial by Jury which also did not happen after Queen Gee submitted her counter-affidavit on December of 2018.

The Judge denied Queen Gee due process twice, and the Investment Company and the Court used that initial illegal judgment to continue infringing on her rights and denying due process while the Judge never even attempted to review any evidence or requests for disclosure and proof from the Investment Company. The Investment Company began infringing on the families rights and privacy, ignoring her Adverse Claim, ignoring her Tax Payments, attempted several illegal evictions and finally succeeded in illegally removing Queen Gee and her family from the property using the initial denial of due process, the stolen money which they had moved to one of their colleagues accounts and an illegal writ which resigned by the illegal judge during a Discretionary Appeal and a Supreme Court action which was not supposed to be circumvented.

To date Queen Gee and her family have not received her $6218.33, has not received any reimbursement for improvements to the property and have been made homeless. Queen Gee and her family have lost a lot of their belongings and the Investment Company kept their appliances and her file cabinet with personal information and tax information inside.
