Hello everyone. We are asking your help from the buttom of our hearts. To help my sister inlaw for her medications. She is in the critical condition. She have three little kids. A five years old. A 3 years old. And a one year old babygirl.
She have a problem on her kidney. Her heart is enlarge. Her lungs is have water. Her tummy was swollen. And she is very thick now. We cant even touch her a little because she will feel very hurt.
We are knocking in your hearts to please help her for her medications. Her three kids is waiting her to come home :(
