Help These Students Go to the Int’l Research Conference

Three Grade 10 students from the Lambunao National High School has had their abstract qualified for Oral Presentation in the NOSTE 2019 International Research Conference, Training Workshop, & Biennial Convention at the Leyte Normal University on 17-19 May 2019.

This conference is usually opened to science education scholars, practitioners, policy-makers, teachers and science educators in all academic levels (elementary, secondary, tertiary), and researchers in science and science related fields.

This is the first time they opened it to students and these students' abstract on "Motorcycle Ignition Activated by Solar-Powered Push Button Switch Helmet" was chosen to be presented at the conference in front of these important stakeholders, local and abroad.

A feat that will most definitely bring pride to their fellow Lambunaonons, the students and teachers at the LNHS, and their family and friends.

However, they need the necessary funds to cover their registration fee, transportation from Iloilo to Tacloban City and vice versa, dorm, food allowance, and small pocket money.

They need to be able to come up with the funds before 16 May 2019.

We need your help to bring these students to the conference, bring pride to their families and communities, and most especially, show that young minds with talent and grit can overcome any challenge-- especially if they have someone like you to count on.
