Help Jimmy’s Family

On Sunday March 9th, Jimmy Duarte drove his family to the local rodeo in Uvita for a day of fun. He entered the parking lot, payed his fee for parking and went off the fair. Later to return to find is car stolen. We have all faced times like this when one feels victimized, but to Jimmy and his family, it’s devastating. Vehicles as you know in Costa Rica are very expensive. To try and recoup this loss could take years. Jimmys insurance would not give him coverage due to the year of the vehicle. He had some car issues only a week before and was saving to repair. Now it’s gone and for this young family of four they have no where to turn.

We are hoping as a community to help raise funds for Jimmy and his family to buy a car for him. At the very least to cover some of this loss.
