Rita is a 28 year old girl, a devoted daughter, a lovely girlfriend and a bread-winner sister in her family. She is from a typical Hong Kong family, living in 300 sq. ft. flat with 5 members, parents with traditional Chinese mind, reserved communication among family. However, everyone does not feel unpleasant and love each other very much. To excel a better living condition, Rita put extra effort on her works and family, which give herself large pressure unconsciously.

On the late of Oct 2018, she found a tumour on her right breast and confirmed stage 2b breast cancer. To avoid over-worried from her mum and dad, she hided her condition from her parents until the tumour removal operation. Thanks God and Doctor, the operation were successful after removal of tumour and lymph nodes. However, the marker report states that it is a Grade 3 and HER2+ tumour with partial mastectomy.

Rita is of high risk of cancer re-occurrence or metastasis due to below factors.

Young - Rita is only a 28 year old breast cancer girl

HER2 +ve - The cancer marker report indicates it is HER2+ and ER+ tumor

Not Pregnant yet - High risk group for breast cancer suffer

Potentially Genetic Susceptibility - Her auntie got the same illness several years ago

Rita also definitely love to have children but is not able to due to breast cancer. Hormone may disorder during pregnant, which possibly increase the re-occurrence.

We know this is a life-long fight for this girl, and the whole family would definitely be willing to give the best to her.

Rita's Hope

We have researched a lot but never enough for some other therapies which may be good to her. Asking different doctors, we conclude Immunotherapy would be a choice, however, Immunotherapy does not adopt in Hong Kong, no way to do this in Hong Kong .We are told that Immunotherapy is actually quite mature in western countries, like Germany or even in Taiwan or China. We would plan to do the Immunotherapy after Rita's chemotherapy, radiotherapy and target therapy.

However, all know that a non-residential unavoidably pay an unaffordable amount for the medical service.

Even if Immunotherapy is not achievable, we would like to, at least, make Rita to take the health remedy without great economic concern since she would reject a treatments if those cause her family great financial pressure.

We, therefore, would like to seeking help from all over the world. Hope this dearest girl could get your kindness.
