Campaign Story
Being the first of its kind in LPCUWC, the LPC Rowing QC aims to build team spirit, within the QC and with the community, while working in solidarity towards a cause.
The team is newly established, and has constant trainings throughout the year. This opportunity is very rare for most of our members, as we all come from different backgrounds from the range of 80 nationalities and different social backgrounds. Rowing is a traditional and unique sport that many has never tried before. With more resources, we hope to create more such opportunities for students to try out rowing.
Being part of United World College community, the team is well aware and highly concerned of the sustainability of the world's environment. After research, 'ONE TREE PLANTED' is the most trustworthy and most reputable organisation that plants trees to help combat the carbon emissions in the world.
