NZ bodyboarder to Hawaii pipe challenge

Hey guys

Unfortunately in New Zealand at the moment we haven’t Got a large following for bodyboarding the in mainstream networks .MANY nz bodyboarders struggle to compete internationally and further there careers due to funding, Im hoping to do my part in helping change that and get NZ back on the map within nz aswell as internationally for not only bodyboarding but watersports as a whole.Many riders have succeeded in the past and have done there bit to establish a scene ...

I will be looking to bring my knowledge and experience back to nz afterwards, to educate like minded athletes and schools about uptodate events,tricks,criteria etc from around the world.Funding, as in any sport, is obviously a major issue and is the reason I am seeking some support and assistance.

I am a Mount Maunganui local with a small family and a huge passion for my sport

I have been bodyboarding and surfing for more than 30years and after a successful career in motocross within nz and abroad ,I am now looking to chase another passion

I feel I have the skill , drive and determination to succeed

Looking forward to a good solid year of competition :)

Here is a rough idea on overseas dates but not confirmed by organisers yet

ABA Tour dates:

Dbah Pro - early-ish April

Knights Pro - early May

Sydney Pro - June/July (depends on APB event)

World APB tour dates :

July – Hawaii – TBC

August – Mainland Mexico TBC

September – New Jersey – TBC

October – Puerto Rico – TBC

November – Southern California – TBC
