Help my friend reach her dreams!

Hello, I'm John Silva and my friend is really having a tough time in her life and I want to help her lighten up her load by indirectly giving her help by the means of a laptop, which she could use as her start up tool to do freelancing. Since as of now she uses a fairly old tablet which heats up quite easily and hangs whenever she tries to draw. She currently have no time for herself and spending most of her days working or helping out her parents.

My friend is really hardworking that she has little time for herself, but her salary is not enough to support herself and follow her dreams, since she still needs to support her family.

The support that you'll give would really much be appreciated and it would really help her!

She had a laptop before but it broke down and thus she cant do freelancing.

The deadline posted is her Birthday and I would like to surprise her if I could.
There's currently no target laptop but I'm currently checking out cheap or 2nd hand ones that can easily be used for creating illustrations and open up adobe products. Any excess cash would be use to buy tools such as mouse, tablet, editing tools(Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, etc).
