This campaign aims to provide injured people with the proper medication and rehabilitation through a well trained and qualified team of specialized doctors. As we are already started this even by distributing a lot of medical equipment like wheelchairs and artificial limbs, and elbow crutches' funded by a lot of local financiers. Despite, all of these efforts we still face a shortage in funding our campaign as the population of injured people are too much according to the Palestinian MOH. Hence we are asking your support to cover as much as we can to draw the smile again on those poor people

Currently at Gaza Strip the protesters are facing a lot of difficulties they are facing the extreme oppression, children's and women, everyone are the target of, The Great Return March started on 30 March during Land Lady. The series of peaceful rallies are scheduled to continue until 15 June, which is the day that Palestinians commemorate the Nakba (the catastrophe). More than 750,000 Palestinians were forcibly displaced from their towns and villages in the Palestinian territories.

Wounded protesters are even unable to get fully medical treatment, there are very less hospitals currently in which protesters are getting treated, many are on stretchers, standby waiting for their turn of treatment with little or no medical supplements and even staff is not satisfactory in numbers. Some hospitals are funded by small NGOs there is no proper support for them, the amount of hospitals and staff or physicians are too low yet Israelis are bombarding even on Hospitals.

Even the condition of Al-Shifa hospital where most protesters are resting for treatment is not good. The hospital have shortage of drugs and machines. According to al-Geady, the ICU is short on 41 types of medical supplies and equipment, some of which are life-saving necessities. These include: haemodialysis machines, which filter blood for patients with severe kidney diseases; nebulizer flow selectors used for the treatment of respiratory problems, and colistin, an antibiotic. The busy hospital does not have a moment to contact the families of the wounded. Nurses and doctors are rushing around helping save lives, administering first aid, and distributing painkillers until the operating rooms are finally empty and exhausted.

The condition of health sector is a major concern in this situation. According to the WHO, more than 6,000 doctors and medical personnel have not received salaries since July 2014. Moreover, the PA continues to impose a 30 percent wage cut on 60,000 civil servants, which has been implemented since April 2017.

A 12 years old boy who got shot on his on the first day of the March getting treated in the hospital says the department is using Ibuprofen only as a painkiller which is also getting short.

There are only about 31 hospitals on which they are getting treated after a decade of an imposed blockade and the aftermath of three deadly wars, the last of which was in 2014, hospitals in Gaza have been suffering a severe shortage of medical supplies and consumables.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) reported in February that 42% of drugs were totally depleted while 23% of needed disposables are at zero stock. Since the Great Return March began, Gaza's Ministry of Health has been calling on medical and international organizations to intervene in the critical situation and provide hospitals with suplies.

Human Rights Organization have actually failed to overcome this situation and we have been seeing it from ages, the use of arms against unarmed reportedly more than 112 martyred in the March and more than 13,000 injuries have happened. 112 Killed of whom 13 were children (under 18) and including 2 journalists.
