Am încheiat anul 2019 foarte optimiști. Totusi, începutul anului nou ne-a adus și vești mai putin plăcute. Primele analize din 2020 au scos la iveală celule canceroase în măduva lui Gizi. Știam de la început că după transplant se poate întâmpla așa ceva, dar nu ne așteptam să ni se întâmple nouă. În asemenea cazuri tratamentul trebuie continuat cu noua terapie Car T Cell, cu care medicii din Israel au avut deja rezultate miraculoase. Șansele sunt de peste 80%. Costurile? In America: 400.000 USD. In Israel 100.000 USD. Această sumă trebuie să o adunăm acum. Pregătim deja următoarele evenimente caritabile la Cluj Napoca. Vă rugăm sa ne rămâneți alături și să ne rugăm împreună pentru însănătosirea cât mai grabnică a lui Gizi. În continuare avem încrederea că totul va fi bine!

Optimistán zártuk a 2019es évet, de 2020 rosszul kezdődött. Gizi legújabb orvosi vizsgálatai rosszindulatú sejteket mutattak ki a csontvelőben. Tudtuk, hogy ez megtörténhet, de nem is gondoltunk arra, hogy velünk is.

Ilyen esetben a kezelést az új Car T Cell terápiával kell folytatni. Az izraeli orvosok ezzel a módszerrel már csodás eredményeket értek el. Az esély a gyógyulásra meghaladja a 80%-ot.

Persze, megint pénzről is szó van. Amerikában 400.000 USD. Izraelben 100.000 dollárba kerül. Ennyit kell most összegyűjtenünk.

Update on the International World Cancer

We closed the year 2019 very optimistically, but 2020 started with some bd news. Gizi's recent medical tests have revealed cancerous cells in her bone marrow. We knew this could happen, but we didn't think it would happen to us.

In this case the treatment should be continued with the new Car T Cell therapy. Israeli doctors have already achieved amazing results with this method. The chances of recovery are over 80%.

Of course, it costs a lot of money again. The costs for this treatment are $ 400,000 in America and $ 100,000 in Israel.

Dear friends,

in few weeks is Christmas again, the time of the year when everybody spends time with the family and friends, when everybody tries to do small miracles for the loved ones.

This year we would like to try to do a miracle for our friend, Gizi!

That's why we would like to ask our friends and family, to donate this year the value of our Christmas gift for somebody else.

Gizi, is a young woman of only 38 years old, from Cluj-Napoca, Romania and she has been diagnosed with ALL - Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia few weeks ago.

After several tests and some feedback from international medical centres (Haematology from Heidelberg, Haematology from Debrecen) it was advised to start the chemotherapy immediately.

As in Romania Gizi couldn't be treated properly, considering also the next step, the bone marrow transplantation, the family decided to start the treatment in Israel at the Sheba Hospital. This Hospital being advised also by the specialist from the Haematology from Romania.

The treatment with the chemotherapy was started on the 18th of October.

The treatment costs are much over the family's financial possibilities - just the oncological treatment is around 65.000 Dollar and the bone marrow transplantation costs can reach up to 200.000 Dollar as unfortunately, the nearest family members are not compatible as a donor. The search for a possible donor it is just now starting. This means that the cost will be higher considering the process of the donor search (ca. 75.000 Dollar). Your donation will be used for these next steps, including the search for the bone marrow donor and for the transplantation itself.

Pár hét múlva ismét Karácsony van, az évnek az a pár napja amikor mindenki megpróbál a családjával és a barátaival időt tölteni, amikor mindenki kisebb nagyobb meglepetéseket, csodákat próbál elővarázsolni a szeretteinek.

Idén mi a Gizinek szeretnénk egy csodát elővarázsolni.

Emiatt arra szeretnénk a családunkat és a barátainkat bíztatni, hogy az idei karácsonyi ajándékunk értéket adományozzák ezúton Gizi számára.

Gizi egy 38 éves fiatal nő, Kolozsvárról - Romániából, aki pár hete ALL-el (Akut limphoblasztikus leukémia) lett diagnosztizálva.

Pár vizsgálat elvégzése után és több külföldi kórház véleményét kikérve (Heidelerg-i és a Debrecen-i hematológia) az azonnali kemoterápiás kezelés lett javasolva.

Mivel Romániában a kezelési lehetőségek korlátozottak, figyelembe véve a kemoterápiás kezelés mellett a csontvelő átültetést is, a család úgy döntött, hogy a kezelést egy külföldi klinikán kezdi el. Így október 18-án, az israeli Sheba Klinikán Gizi elkezdte a kemoterápiás kezelést. Az isreali klinikát javasolták a romániai szakemberek is.

Sajnos a leukémia kezelési költségei jóval meghaladják a család anyagi lehetőségeit. Az onkológia kezelés becslések szerint körül belül 65.000 dollárba kerül és a csontvelő átültetés költségei akár a 200.000 dollárt is elérhetik. Mivel a közeli csaladi tagok nem megfelelőek donornak, így a költségek még magasabbak lesznek beleszámítva a donor keresési folyamatot is (kb. 75.000 dollár). A befolyt adomány ezeknek a költségeknek a fedezésére lesz fordítva.

În doar câteva săptămâni, Crăciunul va bate iarăși la uși. Urmează o perioadă a anului dedicată familiei și prietenilor, un interval în care toată lumea va încerca să facă posibile mici miracole pentru a-i suprinde pe cei dragi.

Anul acesta, am dori ca miracolul să fie cu adevărat posibil pentru prietena noastră, Gizi! Iată motivul pentru care vă invităm pe voi și pe familiile voastre să-i donați ei valoarea cadoului de Crăciun.

Gizi este o femeie tănâră, de 38 de ani din Cluj-Napoca, România, diagnosticată în urmă cu puțin timp cu sindromul ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia), leucemie limfoblastică acută.

După o serie întreagă de teste și analize făcute le centre medicale internaționale (Institultul de Hematologie din Heidelberg, Institutul de Hematologie din Debrecen), ea a fost sfătuită să înceapă imediat tratamentul de chimioterapie.

Din cauza faptului că nu poate fi tratată corespunzător în România și luând în considerare următorul pas necesar din punct de vedere medical, transplantul de măduvă osoasă, familia a decis ca tratamentul să aibă loc la Spitalul Sheba din Israel. Unitatea medicală din Israel este avizată de specialiștii hematologi din România.

Tratamentul de chimioterape a început în data de 18 octombrie.

Costurile lui depășesc cu mult potențialul financiar al familiei. Doar tratamentul oncologic în sine costă în jur 65 000 de dolari, în timp ce prețul transplantului de măduvă osoasă va ajunge la 200 000 de dolari, din cauza faptului că - din nefericire – membrii apropiați ai familiei nu sunt compatibili ca donatori.

Căutările pentru găsirea posibililor donatori abia au început, iar procesul va crește semnificativ costurile toatel cu aproximativ 75 000 de dolari. Așadar, donațiile voastre vor fi folosite pentru căutarea posibilelor donatori de măduvă osoasă și pentru intervenția medicalăm pentru transplantul în sine.

In diesem Jahr möchten wir versuchen, ein Wunder für unsere Freundin Gizi zu tun!

Deshalb möchten wir unsere Freunde und Familien bitten, in diesem Jahr den Wert unseres Weihnachtsgeschenks für jemand anderen zu spenden.

Gizi, eine junge Frau im Alter von nur 38 Jahren, aus Cluj-Napoca, Rumänien, wurde vor einigen Wochen mit ALL diagnostiziert-Akute Lymphoblastische Leukämie.

Nach mehreren Tests und einigen Rückmeldungen aus internationalen medizinischen Zentren (Hämatologie aus Heidelberg, Hämatologie aus Debrecen) wurde empfohlen, sofort mit der Chemotherapie zu beginnen.

Da der nächste Schritt die Knochenmarktransplantation wäre und in Rumänien Gizi nicht richtig behandelt werden konnte, beschloss die Familie, die Behandlung in Israel im Sheba-Krankenhaus zu beginnen. Dieses Krankenhaus wurde auch von dem Spezialisten der Hämatologie aus Rumänien empfohlen.

Die Behandlung mit der Chemotherapie began am 18ten Oktober.

Die Behandlungskosten liegen weit über den finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Familie - allein die onkologische Behandlung liegt bei rund 65.000 Dollar und die Kosten für die Knochenmarktransplantation können bis zu 200.000 Dollar erreichen, da die nächsten Familienmitglieder leider nicht als Spender kompatibel sind. Die Suche nach einem möglichen Spender beginnt gerade erst. Das bedeutet, dass die Kosten unter Berücksichtigung des Prozesses der Spendersuche höher sein werden (ca. 75.000 Dollar). Eure Spende wird für diese nächsten Schritte verwendet, einschließlich der Suche nach einem Knochenmarkspender und der OP an sich.
