Campaign Story
My mom, Silvina Hernandez (69 years old), was diagnosed last August 2017 of Lung Cancer (non-small cell adeno-squamous carcinoma) Stage 4. Currently, she is confined at St. Lukes Medical Center (ward section), cancer has spread on her brain and MRI shows 2 tumors than needs urgent operation. Due to location of tumors on her brain, she needs to undergo Gamma Knife Surgery to remove the tumors and chemotheraphy session as well to treat her lungs. The procedure will be held next week. She is getting weaker and weaker and has trouble sleeping, walking, eating, and even doing her daily activities. Her condition is deteriorating pretty rapidly.
Please help me to extend my mom's life, I am her only child and I will do everything I can to extend her life. Your donation will be utilize for her hospitalization and medical procedure (gamma knife and chemothephy). We can no longer afford the procedure as we have already maximized all our savings and resources with her Oral Chemotheraphy (Iressa) for a year now and doctor said that she'll be shifting to other chemotherapy drug (Tagrisso) that is more expensive (php93,000.00 per month) than what she is currently taking (iressa, Php67000 per month). My father (68yo) no longer works and I am the only one who supports her medical needs. We love her so much and we don’t want to see her like this.

We atill have time to share this page and be a blessing to someone’s lives. She can now sit on her own but still her face is swollen due to steroids.. . . . .
