Help for Monika urgently needed

My partner of six years, Monika, is in urgent need of help as she is stuck in the Netherlands with no stable housing, no stable work at the moment, although there are good prospects - unfortunately too far in the future. Currently she's sleeping on a friends' couch in Arnhem and lucky if she gets one day of work per week, and to make matters worse, due to the horrible financial situation, she is massively behind on bills and her mental health, which was poor to begin with, is suffering tremendously under all the stress this is causing.

Any help keeping her on her feet will be greatly appreciated.
