Buying a Nintendo Switch for me and my bro

I live in a 3rd world country with my mom, dad and 10 year old brother. I'm also going through university.
Normally I don't really like asking people over the internet for money since I was taught that money is earned through hard work. Unfortunately, we are not in a good spot economically these days. I went sick because I developed kidney stones and almost had to drop from Uni to recover and my parents had problems at work due to unforeseen circumstances.
It might seem strange asking for money to buy a Nintendo switch instead of using it for a doctor. But thankfully, I've been recovering well and the school helps me pay my medical bills when needed.
I decided to be honest about what I'm going to use the money for, instead of just lying saying it's for my medical bills. We have money to eat and live and I'm also thankful to my parents for that. But we don't really have any extra income for entertainment.

You might think that I'm asking for a lot, but even if just someone gives a dollar I'll be thankful for the help, sincee that's a step closer to my goal. And where I live, pretty much anything imported from another country costs twice as much than in the US.
So what might be a 300 dollar thing for people in the US. For us it might go up to something more like 600 in some cases. The only thing I want to buy is a switch and a game for me and my brother to enjoy.
I know I'm not the best of the cases to donate to, and that's the reason I waited so much to make something like this.But my mom taught me that sometimes it's ok to ask for help, and I don't lose nothing in trying.
But anyway, thanks for at least reading my story and I'll understand if you think I'm just some NEET asking for free money.
And, if someone does donate, I'll be thankful from the bottom of my heart, not just because you're helping me, but because you're helping my brother enjoy his childhood alongside me while he has me.
