Hi all, Cherry Valentine here!
On the morning of Thursday September 13th, as Esmerelda May and Triple Jay were waking up in Staten Island to go submit the paperwork for their marriage license, they got a call from their roommate: their basement had flooded with almost 3 feet of water. This was where they kept all their costumes, equipment, supplies, and general storage that included wedding gifts, decorations for their upcoming nuptials next week (September 21st), and early Christmas gifts bought from Toys R Us. They had to rush back to New Jersey to clean up the mess.
There is a lot of damage, much of which isn't even discovered yet because there was so much down there. The biggest thing right now is fixing and remaking the DIY centerpieces, as well as some of the wedding favors. These are immediate needs that can't wait for insurance coverage, whatever that may be if there is any at all.
If you can help in any way you can, it would be much appreciated! Not only could they use the funds, but they could also use hands to help fix things before their big day. All funds will go directly to them (Esmerelda)

We are back on track wedding wise, and it's thanks in part to those of you that donated to help with efforts. Thank

Because of your generosity, we have raised enough money to cover the cost of replacing the wedding supplies, plus some!As the water has been cleared from the basement, though, it's become apparent that the majority of their cosplay and burlesque costumes. . . . .
