Need help after fire at home

Early in the morning at 26 of August my family and I were awaked by smell of smoke. Space between roof and ceiling of our loft in 8 floor building was on fire. Firemen tried to coupe with the fire more than 10 hours. When all was done, there was no roof above all 3 sections of the building. Upper part of our 2-floor flat now looks like the field of coal, lower part is absolutely wet. Fire helicopters 10 times dumped water at our house, when roof above our section of the building has already totally burned. The flat was not insured at all.

Damage to our flat is estimated at 73,5-88 thousand dollars. Earn money can only my father, my sister, her husband and I. My mother is pensioner, my sister has 3 minor children. Also we have a dog. We really need money to repair at least lower (wet) floor of our flat to live there. Please, help us to raise money for repair!
