I'm undertaking a course in Vegan Desserts and Pastries in the journey to help me become financially independent at my ripe old age. I've always loved cooking and once, many years ago, ran a vegetarian restaurant. I love good food, and want to hone my skills so that I can launch my own Vegan Bakery in Cape Town.
