Hello friends!
This is Glad Castillo-Ambrosio .. wife of Rafael "Raffy" Ambrosio, a dialysis patient (he started his dialysis 23 Sept 2017). For some of our close friends, they knew about his condition already.
I need your kind understanding. It pains me to ask for help but my finances cannot support the kidney transplant package and fees.
Dialysis has kept him alive and stronger. Of course, a wonderful support group of friends and family is a BIG HELP, too. I am humbled to be at this point, asking for your compassion. A lot of times we would rush him to the emergency room due to shortness of breath because of fluid overload built up in his lungs, and everytime we rush him, that leads to decreased blood supply to his heart - which is really BAD. This prompted me to create this gofundme campaign so he can undergo kidney transplant at once.

I know that money can be tight, so please know that even a li'l amount helps me get closer to my goal - the GOAL for him to HAVE A NEW PAIR OF KIDNEYS and for him to have a NEW L I F E with me and Faith! [as I need to raise 500k to 600k PHP - with Philhealth already and post-op meds/labs/rejection tests for Php17k a month]
