Good day!!!
I’m Grace Francisco Wagas mother of Paulina Gia Francisco Wagas a two year and three months old baby girl is humbly and seeking a kindness of help to all , because my daughter diagnosed of Decompensated Liver Disease probably secondary to Biliary Atresia the only cure to this illness is Liver Transplant unfortunately big amount is needed for her transplant the only hospital in the Philippines that can perform the operation is The Medical City the amount is too high and we are lack of fund to sustain the amount, our family has no capability to pay and raise the money for my daughter.
We haven’t yet a savings in providing all the medical needs for our daughter especially for her Liver Transplant, that’s why I’m knocking your door and seeking a financial assistance to please help my daughter for her operation, give my daughter a chance to live to the fullest, live a normal life and be with us for the rest of our life.

Update posted by Grace Wagas at 08:26 amUpdate to Baby Gia Thanks to Almighty God all her work ups in preparation for her Liver Transplant was done we need a clearance to all her doctor before the operation . Next step is being a liver donor I need to clear and finish my works ups as well
