On 30th of June, Brighton Vegan Cyclists are going to cycle 125km in one day from Brighton to Capel in Surrey and back.
We are raising money for the Holy Cross Hospital which provides highly specialised rehab for 40 people with extremely complex needs caused by profound injury or a serious neurological condition. The bike ride is being organised by family and friends of loved ones receiving care in this hospital to raise money for a walkway and viewing platform into the surrounding woodland so that patients will be able to enjoy the fresh air, sights, sounds and smells of the outdoors.
Engineers and other professionals have already committed their time to the project, and friends and families have been busy raising money towards materials. There’s just £10K left to raise.
It would mean a lot to us if you were able to help with a donation. Or even better come and do the ride with us!

We did it!
Update posted by Maria Pali at 01:26 pm5 of us Vegan Cyclists today went out in the blistering heat and cycled 125 km around Sussex. In the end the heat made it a very intense day but it was so much fun. And we ate so much fantastic food supplied by the wonderful organisers. The best bit. . . . .
