Nose Cancer Fund Raising for Lulay

She is Lyra Lozano, 26 years old, from Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. She is suffering from NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA or also known as Nose Cancer. It started from a simple cold. Busy earning money to support her family, for she is the breadwinner of the family. She did not pay attention to it thought it was only an allergy. Until June 2017 she discovered a small lump on her left nostril. She was advised to undergo to different laboratory tests and to prepare for an operation. However, as she undergone different laboratory tests she found out that she was three months pregnant. She stopped the medication for the sake of the baby’s health. Nevertheless, as months passed by she experienced severe headache and difficulty in breathing due to serious nose block. In addition, the lump on her left nostril had grown bigger to the point that it almost drew out her left eye ball.

Unable to tolerate the severe pain, February 2018 she went to see an ENT Specialist at Doctor’s Hospital. She was hospitalized for weeks, wherein she undergone different laboratory test including biopsy. On March 9, 2018, she was confirmed to have contracted Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma.

Due to her situation, she was forced to deliver the baby and to undergo to an immediate operation to remove the fast growing lump on her left nostril. After the operation, she needs to go through Radiation and Chemotheraphy. This requires a big amount of money to continuously go through this treatment.
