Please help me to visit my mother

Hi, my name is Maria and I would really appreciate your help.

Over 15 years ago I was separated from my mother and family due to our living situation. My little brother was too young. I remember the day I had to separate from my family and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced. I had to grow up fast. I vaguely remember I had to beg for money on the street until I got a job cleaning in a shabby restaurant, I was 9. I remember I begged for money in the day time and cleaned in the restaurant at night. It was then it started, men began to take advantage of me, I was 11. It went on for 4 years. That was the day I had to get out to find a better place, a new start.

I scrambled together all the money I had and bought a plane ticket and left.

It was a struggle to survive. I’ve only known the life I had in my home town. It took me years to overcome the trauma I’ve experienced. I managed somehow to take so classes and eventually got a small job cleaning houses.

Now I’m trying to get back to my family to visit them. To take care of them. To get to know them all over again.

As a student it’s hard to get the money I need. So I need some help from you, kind and giving people. I`m hoping there are some awesome people out there that can help and support me :) Any big or small amount you want to donate, it`s a start for me.
