Stephanie’s Birthday wish for our family

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Allah.I'm Cesar Sangalang Jr.,41 y/o,a father of a juvenile diabetic(type 1 DM) and guardian of twin blind fellow.They're the sibblings of my wife,Grace,also a diabetic(type 1 DM),before we got married.The reason why I'm pleading humbly here is that we're having a rough time finding a way for a living and maintaining nescessary meds due to my recent heart enlargement.

It all started last 1/24/17 when our little home at Balut,Tondo,Manila went into ashes with all our belongings and little savings.As i mentioned,my youngest and own,is a juvenile diabetic(type 1 DM).She had it when she was 3 and now she's 12 as of this very date.It's actually her bday(2/25).Same thing as her mother,Grace,48,who had it when she was 8.Both of them are using insulin injectibles(mixtard 70/30).Due to my wife's condition,unfortunately,her twins,Chester and Christine,suffered retinopathy when they were 7 months old.They are both blind as a bat and uncurable.Also my wife suffered glaucoma on her left eye as well as hypertension.

I was a on call cellphone technician before i was diagnosed with a huge heart,so to speak.The little savings we had(almost 43k) was supposedly our capital for our food cart which will be our bread and butter.

Now,we're temporarilly sleeping here at my Mom's little room.This is actually my daughter's birthday wish for us when i asked her a while ago.

With a help from a friend,i decided to write down our predigament and hoping that somebody could be of assistance.

Collected funds will be used for our medical maintenance as well as our starting capital for our proposed food cart business that will be our source of income.
