Help Aubrey Ann Rivera fight off Ovarian Cyst

Hi my name is Jemuel John Pornasdoro from Quezon Province Philippines and I'm doing this for my Girlfriend Aubrey Ann Lusterio Rivera, 24years old Born 23rd of April 1993 she was diagnosed with a 14cm Cyst in her left Ovary and her Fallopian Tube twisted that gave her so much pain and caused her body to fall, so she had a surgery last year June 30, 2017 it was never easy as it took us a lot of time to get the money from our families to get her the medical expenses and surgery she needs, it was never easy here in the Philippines to get treated specially when you're financially unstable. Still we have it and made it.

Thankfully she's been doing fine and very healthy for the past 7months after the surgery... until last month around 2nd week of January 2018, so sudden her stomach bloated as in it happened like in an instant like there's something growing again inside her but now it's in her right ovary and very much bigger than before,because tight now it is really bloated up she was like a pregnant women about 5month or 6months but she isn't, we have no idea what is it yet as we have not gone to see a doctor because we don't have the funds yet to support the medical expenses, and yes we have done a follow up check up, however we never got the chance until today to get her biopsy and get it to the doctor for the result as we are just in the middle of paying the debt we had on the first surgery, but in my mind one thing's for sure there might be another Cyst growing that needs to be removed before it threatens her life, so again there goes her sleepless nights like it came back to me how I've seen her situation before, how she was badly hurt and crying because of the pain, that I'd have to stay awake for every single night just to rub and massage her back to help her ease the pain, it happened so fast thinking that we just spent the Christmas and New Year Together.

She looked healthy she already regained her sexy body as she became skinny after the operation. She then again had that beautiful smile and chubby chicks. She eats well and done some exercise, have been on a healthy diet. But now all she do is lie in the bed, cry and slouch. Eating was never that excitement for her, no matter how special or delicious the food i cooked and made for her, as her stomach is bloated she always tells me that she is already full even though she haven't even ate half a cup of rice.

We have a lot of plans and stuffs we want to accomplish together like having a simple wedding, having a baby, she enrolling at a Free Technical School (TESDA) for Agricultural as she Dreams in having her own farm and also she wants to do Baking so she can make me a cake, she wants going on adventure in the Seas or other Bodies of Waters and especially Mountains as she really loves the beauty of mother nature. She also dreams of becoming a Vlogger...But so sudden there goes the situation where in it's like a nightmare every time I'm seeing her crying because of the pain those sleepless nights me comforting her and praying knowing that it's the only thing i can do for her to ease the pain, me staying by her side even though it pains me a lot as seeing her in that situation again.

The only thing i can think of now is for her to get to the hospital and get a surgery and have everything done for her ASAP however since her parents is financially unstable and can't provide the medical expenses that Aubrey needs and so as myself i cannot provide everything, i can help out partial but not all of the expenses however if only i have the amount of money i would be happy to spend everything for her, as i shouldered all the prescribed medicines that she needed after she was discharged also i shared some of the expenses on her first surgery that billed us almost 200k.

If ever i can raise funds here to help her, I do assure those with a golden heart that all the funds will be put in good use and solely for Aubrey's Medical Needs and Expenses as we need it as soon as possible. Also if there's any other way that you guys reading this can help us out or help Aubrey please anything will do as long as it will help Aubrey get through this, for us to get her back to her own feet and for her family to to see her beautiful smile again.
