The Inclusive Education Project

I am training to run a marathon this May on the Great Wall of China to raise money for Kovcheg, a school in Moscow that supports inclusive education. Kovcheg is a pioneer in the field of education and acts as a role model for other schools hoping to make their facilities and teaching more accessible for children with disabilities.

I hope to use my participation in the marathon as a platform to raise awareness about and funds for the amazing work that Kovcheg is doing, and to spark conversation around how we can make our local schools more inclusive. The project to be funded at Kovcheg depends on how much money we can raise, but they urgently need funds for more teachers in the classroom, psychological counselling for students and parents to make the school a safe environment, and therapy for students who need extra support.
