My name is Jordanna Guthrie. As long as I have known myself I've wanted to be a Medical Doctor. I have a service oriented personality and can't help but serving other people. Serving others - knowing that I am or have been able to lead, guide, encourage, listen to or to help someone in need gives my the utmost joy. This is the reason I wanted to become a doctor. Everything I have done in school have been in pursuit of this dream. However, after a few unsuccessful attempts to get into Med School I figured it was not for me and gave up that dream. So much so that I did my Masters degree in Applied Pharmacology. Reaching a crossroads, I was trying to figure out where to go next to begin working in my field of study. On a whim, I applied again, but I didn't take the application seriously. Fast forward 6 months later to find out I had been successful! Praise be to God. My childhood dream resurrected! Now I am faced with yet another obstacle - tuition. How am I going to pay, having no money and no sponsorship? Here is where you come in. Help me fund my childhood dream. Help me, so we can help dozens, maybe even thousands of sick people get better. Help fund me through Med School.

Fundraising
Update posted by Jordanna Guthrie at 06:23 amIt has been almost four months since I started fundraising and honestly it has been such a drag. When I was employed, I was very stressed and hardly had time and/or energy for anything, much less to push the fundraising. Now that I am no longer employed, it has been. . . . .
