Hi everyone! My name is Charmil Castillano-Gutierrez. I created this fund raising campaign for my father, Echarlito Rosendo Castillano who has been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage V Secondary to Gouty Nephropathy. He is undergoing Hemodialysis 3x a week and taking up oral medications since January 2017.
I would like to ask for your help to have his medication and treatment funded even just for this coming six months.
Any amount will be highly appreciated and sharing this campaign will be a big help too. We'll update you weekly about his Hemodialysis treatment. Thank you.
