Every little bit helps!!!! I have found a great investment opportunity for a 4 unit commercial listing with great potential. It is located in a perfect location with high volume and continuous traffic flow. The biggest draw for me is that it offers me the opportunity to start my dream of an artisan Cafe that supports local art of all kinds and gives back to the community by using only fresh local ingredients.
