We Rise By Lifting Others

£800,000 will deliver hope, disrupt poverty save lives, sustainably feed, clothe, educate, and foster economic growth in deprived communities.

My name is Howard Douglas and I am the Director of WRBLO Community Interest Company (registration number 10890526) based at The Incuba, 1 Brewers Hill Road, LU6 1AA in Dunstable, United Kingdom. I am also a Director of Indemnity Innovation Group International (registration number 10071051) which is a B2B Software Design Company based at the Wenta Business Centre, 1 Colne Way, Watford, WD24 7ND, Hertfordshire United Kingdom.

I spent 27 months in Uganda carrying out research and development for a software build delivering a smart digital insurance fraud solution. I was struck by the enormity of the scale of endemic and abject poverty I witnessed.

I realised that within the design of our commercial innovation, Insurers could be given a huge opportunity to transform their conventional image by providing sustainable funding for deprived communities and end abject poverty, earning public adulation by becoming dynamic integral social investors.

The Plan.

Indemnity Innovation Group International (IIGI) is to drive the commercial operation, delivering Claimant Profiling Service (CPS™) - Software-as-a-Service. WRBLO Community Interest Company will leverage the exponential financial benefits to insurers by their participation with CPS™ to increase their market growth, whilst connecting them directly to the needs of deprived communities. Our overall strategy will generate public trust and adulation for insurers through this specialised route to fulfilment of 'Corporate Social Responsibility. (CSR).

CPS™ is a holistic suite of smart technology that significantly reduces the costs of insurance business processes, eliminates insurance fraud, increases efficiency, and productivity. It is from the considerable savings generated for insurers that WRBLO seeks just 10% (averaging of 3 Billion Ugandan Shillings UGX - about £6.6 Million) from these savings to finance a range of social need to deprived communities. WRBLO will disperse these funds in partnership with Uganda Networks who are a non-political, non-denominational organisation comprising various UK registered charities and local trusted and informed stakeholders working in Uganda.

Uganda Networks

CPS™ and its commercial application has been analysed by Innovate UK. Innovate UK is the operating name of the Technology Strategy Board, the UK's innovation agency. It is a UK non-departmental public body operating at arm's length from the Government reporting to the Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). IIGI entered their Emerging and Enabling Technologies Competition Round 2 under the Project Title: Claimant Profiling Service (CPS) ad Organisation Project ID: 94703-564462.

Innovate UK assessors described CPS™ as a..

‘Strong project idea, with a clear execution path’

In addition, said.. .

‘This is a socially and economically beneficial project presenting a solution to a major global problem’

We need your help to deliver the message to insurers as it is in their best interests to unequivocally fund essential needs of deprived communities to generate lasting economic growth. These Insurer contributions are a 'zero cost' to them, as their contributions are harvested through the savings realised through their participation with CPS™.

My colleagues and I are convinced that this sustainable form of fundraising will work for the betterment of the poor in their deprived communities, but we need your help to ensure we get the message across and secure insurer agreement and active participation.

Please ask your friends, family, and colleagues to donate and please do share this campaign in your places of work, in the pub, your places of worship and through your social media. Regular updates of our progress are provided through the WRBLO Community Funding Project-reporting platform on our website at www.wrblo.org as your donations, your engagement and your feedback is very important to us.

May we all be encouraged and inspired by the inspirational quotation by George C Ingersoll...

“we rise by lifting others”

..and in the words of Wesley,

"do the good you can by all the measure you can"

We are created to love and good works as confirmed throughout the Holy Scriptures.

You shall give to him freely without begrudging it; because of this the Lord will bless you in all your work and in all you undertake. For the poor will never cease out of the land; therefore I command you, You shall open wide your hands to your brother, to your needy, and to your poor in your land.

(Deuteronomy 15:10-11)

Every man according to what he has decided in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for ELOHIM loveth a cheerful giver. And ELOHIM is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever. Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;

(2 Corinthians 9:7-10)

We thank you in advance for your kind and considerate support and may your needs be met going forward.
