Campaign Story
Saving Harvey.
Sadly Harvey is something we are seeing more and more of every day. Harvey is a victim of his owner passing away, and neighbors not coming forward to help these dogs who cannot speak for themselves.
Harvey was left contained in a crate in the backyard with no way of finding food or water. He was quite literally starving to death. He was found and rushed to the Veterinarian where he received starting care to stabilize him.
Mr Harvey will need a full panel bloodwork, urine and possible xrays to see how his organs are functioning, and a very, very long recovery time to build his muscle and health back.
We have to save Harvey, but we can't do it without your help! Will you stand with us, and help save Harvey?

He is now in the process of continuing controlled pace weight gain and will soon be ready to start searching for
Complete Work Up and Blood Results.

Update posted by Rugaz Rescue Inc at 09:13 pmHarvey made the travel from Miami and Rugaz Rescue Inc! He is now receiving stabilizing care for the night. He enjoyed his medicated bath, getting the caked layers of fecal matter and mud from between his toes and skin. It uncovered a large generalized staph infection that will also need. . . . .
