Mushroom Farm expansion

Am looking forward to expanding my mushroom farm in Kenya. Mushroom farming in Kenya is a slowly rising business with the existing mushroom producers meeting only 40% of the national and international demand. I look forward to venturing in this field since I had done a pilot project and it worked pretty well though I had a problem with financing.
I will need to construct a two-in-one farm house, Hire an expert on the same to take me through the whole process, Purchase the required farm equipment including solar power installations as well as hire two farm caretakers.

The farm has been in a small Forty sq ft room. It worked out well. I was able to make good proceeds but the farm needs expansion.The farm has undergone some vetting for quality standards by the County Ministry of Agriculture, Kenya Agricultural Research Institute as well as the Mushroom Farmers Organization and nothing compromising organic food quality has been noted so far. This means I can continue with my proposed expansion. I also have good sales links for the products both in and out of the country. The demand is so high and can never be fully satisfied.

2. As an entrepreneur, I would love to become a grand producer of mushrooms as well as help as many Kenyan youths as I can join the business to reduce unemployment rates and eradicate poverty.
3. Am also into Charity and proceeds from this will help me launch my NGO geared towards helping the aged in our Neighbouring Tanzania by meeting their basic needs and healthcare.
4. My farm is a war against GMO Foods related cancer cases since we are doing completely organic mushrooms without generic fertilizers and chemical sterilizers. We use Forest Soil to replace the chemical fertilizers and Heat sterilizers to replace the chemical ones.
