Campaign Story
I am Godfrey S Gesite presently residing at La Carlota City, Negros Occidental. While working with Convergys Philippines, Bacolod City since January 2012, I suffered hearing loss last August 2016. After several consultations with different specialist doctors on different hospitals they arrived at a common solution to my predicament: Cochlear Implant.
Because of my continued incapacity to work for more than 6 months, I was separated from my company. Our only resource is the wages of my wife barely enough for our subsistence including our 2 children.
The cost for the cochlear implant is around PhP 550,000 (USD 11,000) and the doctors professional fee at PhP 130,000 (USD 2,600)
The hospitalization cost is estimated at PhP 40,000 (USD 800) for 4 days which could vary if hospital stay will be extended if necessary.
I am strongly appealing for your assistance. If my hearing will be restored, I can resume to fulfill my responsibilities as head of the family.
