Help me to create unique mentoring hub model to the world, starting with Kenya!

I have been working over a decade all over the world mentoring, learning, guiding people and businesses. My objective has always been to leave positive influence in any step i take, so I have spent lots of time working with youth (as they are this worlds future and only hope). I realized that one thing every young citizen of the world needs is proper mentor-ship and support. So I started working 5 years ago with the plan to create mentorship system that does not just analyze situations but gets straight to the point with experience to create solutions. Today we can say the system is ready and can work with little adjustment in any country of the world. Now, as my wife and I are living in Kenya and doing mentoring together we need some support to establish the Mentoriship HUB vision.

Mentorship HUB is a facility where we have as a start 4 different concentration areas so we can focus on uplifting the youth in different ways and stages.

1. Training and meeting area for mentors also operating as professional cafe and meeting place.

2. Youth activity area where mentors interact and mentor them.

3. Manual production area for professional youth who has chosen to work around like minded people.

4. Rental work stations and units for already uplifted young professionals (halfway house for new startups).

Tomorrows world can be changed, we just need to change the way we think and focus on things what really matter. In our center we are using mainly trans-personal approach as it has proven to be the most effective way to change things with lasting effects. I am personally branding, business management and marketing guru with a trans-personal psychology degree. I have been training and mentoring in East Africa already few years and results are uplifting so now we need your help.

Money needed will help us to get the building with the compound and pay for materials we need to buy to finalize the areas (work we do our self's and with local mentoring volunteers). Funds will help us to get trough 1 year with bills and expenses and some equipment will be donated by local sponsors.
