Franco's journey...
this is a story of our baby boy Zane Franco Lagrimas Ramos from the Philippines ; diagnosed with Chronic Liver Disease called Biliary Atresia... from the very early months of his life he started showing signs and symptoms of this life threatening disease. Franco has then been in and out of the hospital fighting for his life, hoping and praying that the time will come he will get to have his only hope... A Liver Transplant which will cost his family 5 million pesos ... I am grateful for any help you can offer to help Franco get his only chance and hope... Please! Please! Please help us raise the money to help Franco in his journey...
