Help Danny Howard’s Appeal Process

Alright peeps the clock is ticking down! My brother Daniel Howard needs our help. As many of you know his convictions were overturned and some were noted as bal...d convictions. (violation of constitutional rights were noted as well!) He needs to file a writ of mandate and re-petition for re-review with the California Supreme Court - (extra ordinary circumstances) as well as a writ of habeas corpus. At the current time, since his appellate was considered complete he has no assigned attorney, and this is due in the courts by 02/10/2017. All filing fees have been covered, but we need money to get these writs filed ASAP. Anyone who can help contribute, please let me know. The granting of these motions means the difference between life in prison and opportunity to be released relatively quickly. Anything you can donate to help would be greatly appreciated. The sooner we can get the money collected, the quicker we can get an attorney to review and edit the writ as will as submit it to the California Supreme Court. Please pass this along.
