a couple needs your help!

Hello everyone! I am doing this because I'm extremely desperate and I don't know what else to do. I recently had to leave my job due to medical and mental issues and I need some help. I have arthritis in my left ankle both knees (more in my left ankle and right knee.) I have really high blood pressure that I am currently taking medication for. My girlfriend suffers from severe anxiety and depression and can't work because of it. I can't stand for more than a few minutes before I start to have a lot of pain and I have to sit down because of my ankle and knees start to swell. I tried to work at a sit down job (call center) but, that didn't help, it seemed to make it worse for some reason. I recently had a emotional breakdown and panic attack due to my financial situation or lack thereof while I was at work and it was one of the most embarrassing things I have ever experienced. I feel like a complete failure to my girlfriend. I love her so much and I want to provide for her but, I have had such a hard time doing anything lately. She has a 9 year old son from a previous relationship and I love him like he was my own. I feel terrible because it's Christmas time and I can't get him or her anything. I was planning on proposing to her soon but, Because of the recent events in my life, I have to postpone that now. It seems like bad things just keep happening to me and it doesn't seem to be letting up at all. I have a local constable saying he is going to come and seize all of the property that I do own (what little it is) and it is due to a hospital bill (over $4,000) I can't afford to pay. I am struggling to find out how to pay the rent ,bills and that suit payment until I can find a better job or at least something that will not affect me medically or physically. If it wasn't for our local church, we wouldn't have any food so, bless them for that. Our bishop said he can't help with money at all. I tried to apply for SSI and SSDI but, it can take a year or more to get that and I can't wait that long. I really need some help here. I'm about a month from being homeless and I have nowhere else to go or anyone to go to. PLEASE!
