I am disabled, and live on less than $900 a month. My expenses eat up all of that each month.

All of my relatives live in Tennessee, and I live in Florida. My remaining Aunts are all in their 80's, and they've been asking to see me for the past 3 years. I'm only now realizing that it's possible to get funded though the online community, or I'd have done this earlier. I'm only asking for $750, which will fund airfare, motel, and rental car, since the town they live in is tiny, and has no airport for commercial flight. I'm a proud man whose been put into an unusual situation financially. Otherwise, I wouldn't do this. But I'm afraid my Aunts may not be with us much longer, and I don't want to miss my last chance to see them.

Even the smallest of donations will be greatly appreciated. I'm doing this because I love my family very much, but I've been strapped financially for 25 years. If posting this will help, I'm willing.

I hope someday I can pay it forward, so to speak. I hope you never have to be in my position. I pray your family remains close. I've learned the hard way how distance can pose problems like mine. Please do whatever possible.

I appreciate your time. And, thank you very much.

Update posted by Alan Neal at 05:35 am

I'm disabled, and live on SS of less than $900 a month. My expenses eat up all of my income. However, I have relatives in Tennessee whom I haven't seen in over 25 years. They are all in their 80's, and they are begging me to come visit, but they. . . . .
