Extend a helping hand for Albert Gil Estrada

Albert, my father, has been diagnosed with a tumor in his liver last March and was given an estimate of 6 months left to live. With all our efforts to keep him healthy and happy so he won't go through depression, he has proved the doctors wrong. He is alive today, more than 8 months since the doctor's estimate. He has been fighting so he can fulfill his wish to see me graduate college this coming March 2017.

Unfortunately this November, his condition had worsen when he kept vomiting all that he ate. We brought him to the hospital and have found our that the tumor in his liver has enlarged and blocked the food passage from the stomach to the small intestine. He was given food through his IV instead which costs us around PHP 6,000 each pack and last for only a day. We had to buy it everyday during his stay here in the hospital plus some additional medication. We had to pay an average of PHP 14,000 for his medication alone. We had no choice but to undergo a surgery where his intestine will bypass the blockage. It costed us around PHP 60,000 and now we have depleted our funds for his hospital bills. We have estimated that our hospital bill will cost around PHP 200,000 upon his discharge since our running balance as of November 26 was PHP 116,000. Despite this, his surgery went successfully on November 25 and he is keeping himself strong.

Thank you everyone who has supported this campaign. You are a godsend. Unfortunately, dad has passed away on December 23, 5:44 AM on the hospital. Two of our helpers and I were there beside him on his death bed. All the proceeds on this campaign helped a lot to pay off dad's medicines and hospital bill.
