Campaign Story
This is baby Precious Anndie was born on Oct 26, 2015 thru ceasarian section. Born we complete unilateral cleft lip and palate. Unfortunately on March 2016 our baby was diagnose of Congenital heart Disease CHD, atrial septal defect (asd), pulmonic stenosis moderate to severe. On oct 13, 2016 baby precious has undergone cleft lip operation thru the Kapampangan Development Fiundation (KDF) but due to her rare status her cleft palate must undergo in hospital base and we need to raise funds amounting to 100k for such operation. Our baby need also to undergo Open Heart Surgery (asd closure and infundibelectomy) asap
