Campaign Story
Hello,
Thank you for visiting this page. This September, I am going back to my hometown in the Philippines to see my grandmother who has raised me when I was little and young. Back in June, she had to have her leg amputated. The other was already operated on years ago and now both of her legs had to be cut off to stop further infection and prevent risk of death.
The medical fees were beyond what I could help out as I am currently an apprentice. The salary I have is not enough to give her the adequate support. I hope to make their lives easier with my aunts taking care of her as I am living in the UK for a long time now and she wants to see me and my brother before it will be too late.
It will be her 75th birthday this coming September and I'm wishing to give back a small but thoughtful gift to her before I go back in the UK again. I'm looking forward to all the donations that could help me in this.
Note: Any extra funds will help support local schools and the blood bank in the city. This is all for a great cause. If you want me to do some fun activities, I'm always up to suggestions and take up challenges if the demand is high.
