This is an urgent request.
After 20 years in prison and 2 unsuccessful parole board hearings, the need for an attorney that specializes in parole board reversals has become evident and imperative for Adrian. He has secured a lawyer that has agreed to take the case with a fee not to exceed $5,000. Please let's all gather our best financial support to help Adrian pay for the legal counsel needed to get him out.
Ongoing letters and visits will also demonstrate our loving support.

With Nicia's recent donation we will now be able to finally have Mr. Carbone start Adrian's case. Mr. Carbone has further agreed to reduce his fee, a second time, to $3500 for services. These cases can cost upwards of. . . . .
