Hi i am Gerard Chavez aka Pastor "G~". I live in Santa Fe NM. My passion is for Jesus and He keeps giving me life. I am a Disciple of Jesus! These near death experiences truly give me comfort in knowing Jesus has me where he wants me.

Just a little background:

In June 2005 I fell to my knees and have not been able to walk since. I have Spinal Degenerative Disease. I have suffered from sever pain for the past 11 years not to mention the 3 failed neurosurgeries that did not help me.

Laying in bed for 11 years can get really old. No one would ever imagin how strange the world views you when you are in a wheelchair. Anyways I spend my time in the Word of God. I have read the bible a number of times so I enjoy doing daily devotions. Just taking a verse from the bible and doing a teaching on it. I have my Facebook site along with All Saints Worship FB site as well. The teaching reach about 100K per month. All Saints Worship is targeting the middle east and I have been involved in converting several youth from Islam to Christianity. Now here comes the part of hope...

Dr John Ray in Fort Collins CO has given me that hope. The cost is very high for the trips, not to mention the already incurred medical costs for the surgery. The money will go toward medical bills and travel to and from NM to get me on my feet and get out of bed and live again. I have stared at the four walls long enough.

Funds are needed as of yesterday.
I have Hope again and I am on the way to recovery.
I will never be able to be thankful enough to each of you in this endeavor!

Just as recent as this last Saturday my mom found me near death. I was all ready dyeing. She said I was very unresponsive and she was scared. I airlifted to UNMH Critical Care Unit because the CO2 in my blood was over 70%. OK G~ what does that mean? Because I was not having normal urination I was in renal failure. I had a 25% chance of survival. I dodge death again. I can only think that Jesus is right and is happy with my actions In these end days I my keep sharing of the Gospel.

I will keep you updated... I need to rest now...

I am home now and reaching out to you. I will be here as your Pastor G~ until we see Jesus in the clouds bringing us home to Him. Thank you Jesus for allowing me to do your work. I pray you take time to read the devotion I posted today...

As always I love you my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus and there is NOTHING you can do about it! G~

I never thought I would have fear of sleep

Update posted by Gerard Chavez at 01:48 am

Now that was so close to death I never want to have that feeling again. The kind I learned about this oast weekend when I almost died. When I was almost dead I felt like I was watching everyone around me but I was not inside my body. I counted. . . . .
