Help me to go to University of Washington and establish the organization to save youth from bullying.

I experience bullying twice in my life. I grew up in Japan, and during my childhood my family moved to another prefecture and then back to our original prefecture. Because of that I had to change schools twice. Every time I changed schools I became the subject of bullying. During middle school it was especially horrible, because even my original friends would not stand by me, no one would help me. Most of the girls in my class would maliciously spread rumors and gossip about me and as things progressed they would say things like “your smile is gross” or “ I feel sick just because you're here”. They hid my stuff and put a blade cutter in my shoes several times. I thought about committing suicide to stop the abuse. Just before I had decided to end my life, I found out I had passed a test that would allow me to come to Seattle for a week. If it hadn’t been for that test result I probably would no longer be on this earth. When I visited Seattle, I felt freedom for the first time in my life. When I was confronted with the choice of where to go to college, I really wanted to go back to the place where I had felt my new freedom.

Even though I am not a native English speaker, I have studied very hard at my community college, achieving a 3.86 GPA and been nominated for the President's Honors twice and also Faculty Honors. I was invited and joined the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

I applied to University of Washington, and I was accepted for the fall quarter 2016. However, because of my financial reason, I cannot go there without any financial help. I was looking for scholarships, however, it is very hard to find one which is eligible for International student like me. I have a dream that to establish an organization that specified to protect youth from bullying. In order to make my dream come true and save youth from suicide/depression, I need to get education and college degree. UW's tuition fee for International student is $10,000 per quarter. That is too expensive for me, and I need your help to establish the organization.
