Please help with our wedding

I don't exactly know how this works a friend suggeted I put a page together to see if we could get any help I am reluctant to do so but with the day coming up quickly I feel at a loss of what else we can do. Any help would be appreciated we both are working and have kids we are continually struggling just to pay our bills and are doing everything posssible to have this wedding as inexpensively as possible but I dont want my future wife to have to settle on more than she has too especially her wedding dress. I have been putting what little money away every few weeks about 20$ here and there for 6 months but additions expenses keep draining that money. Any help anyone could spare we would be eternally grateful.. So thank you in advance for any help we might receive and I can only pray each day for this wedding to be all we both dream of but no matter what we love each other and will make the most out of this special day.
