Bring barry back to his family

This is my brother Barry ...whom i love very much. Our family miss him so much and he lives so far away, we would like to reunite him with my mum and the rest of his family. He has had some really tough times and has had to deal with it all on his own, as he has no support in South Africa. We all do what we can here in the UK but it is not the same... i would love to go round to his house and give him the biggest hug and tell him everything will be okay. He has no medical aid so has to rely on a goverment hospital to give him the right medication, which can be hit and miss. I have not seen my brother since 1998, as we have never had the funds to visit each other, thank God for facebook. During that time my dad and grandad have passed away and he never got to see them which is really sad, i feel very lucky to have spent time with both of them. All i am asking is to please help Barry come back to his family, so we can all be together again, and my mum will at least have some time to spend with her son that she has not seen in years. Nobody knows when it will be our last day on earth , and i would love to spend as many of them with a brother that i love very much. Thank you .
