Campaign Story
On the 22nd of may I will run the half marathon in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. I will also run two trailruns. On April 9th I am participating at the Woldbergtrail and on June 18th I am participating at the Veluwezoomtrail. Both trails are 25 km long. I won't run these events only for myself, but also for charity: Dogs Adoptions Nederland. With the help of this foundation we have adopted our own dog from Romania in January 2016. Since this moment this foundation has been given a place in my hart.
This organisation is a foundation which helps stray dogs in Romania. By doing this they will get a beter life. The foundation also support a few animal shelters in Romania. This foundation mediates in the adoption of dogs abroad. The money that will be raised will be used for sterilization projects, food for the animals, medical treatments etc. The animals will be very thankful with your donation.

Third event and total amount.
Update posted by Richella Wardenier at 06:47 pmTomorrow is the third and last event. I am going to run the Veluwezoomtrail which is 25 km long. At the moment the total amount that is raised is 280 euro. Amazing!!!

Update posted by Richella Wardenier at 06:38 pmNext Sunday I will run the next event of three where I am raising money for the stray dogs in Romania. Right now there is a total amount raised of 171 euro. Amazing, but it would be amazing to raise more money. The dogs would be so thankfull for it.

Update posted by Richella Wardenier at 09:04 amLast saturday was the first event where I participate for charity. I made it to the finish in 3h 22min 11sec. For now 131 euro is raised. Next event will be at 22nd of May, where I will run the half marathon in Leeuwarden.
